The terminal is equipped with modern system of Flights Information Display System. The passengers have the opportunity to track the current time information of arrivals and departures daily on FIDS displays.

There are 6 registration desks in the International Departures hall, 9 in the Domestic hall, and 2 desks in the CIP hall.

Registration and boarding on Domestic and International flights starts 1.5 hours and closes 40 minutes before departure.

Airlines established baggage allowance is 20 kg for luggage plus 5 kg hand luggage. Fees for extra weigh baggage established by airlines also. (Domestic flights 200 - 400 KZT/kg, International flights 400 - 800 KZT/ kg).

All persons crossing the border fill in a migration card, which indicates the full name, nationality, number of jointly following children (up to 16), the purpose of visit, the host country and the mark on residence registration. Immigration police sets the mark of registration in the migration card. If period of stay in the territory of the RK does not exceed 5 days, registration in immigration police is not required.

ccording to the legislation, amount of one-time import / export of cash equal of not more than U.S. $ 10 000 is not subject to be declared. If amount of import / export cash exceeding the equivalent of 10 000 U.S. dollars, these funds must be declared.
