  1. An aviation fuel supply agreement between the aviation fuel supplier and the airline;
  2. A copy of the certificate or statement of state registration/re-registration of a legal entity or sole proprietor;
  3. Information on the requested storage volumes, including storage periods and volumes;
  4. Aviation fuel quality certificate;
  5. A document confirming the origin of the aviation fuel;
  6. A document confirming ownership of the volumes of aviation fuel planned for storage.
