JSC "International Airport Aktau" has successfully passed the inspection audit of quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001: 2008. The audit, which took place in August 2016, was carried out by employees of the Australian international certification body TQCS International.
The aim of the audit was to check the conformity of the Quality Management System of JSC "International Airport Aktau" according to the requirements of the Quality manual, processes, procedures and other documentation management systems of our organization, the declared area of certification as well as ISO 9001: 2008 international standard.
The audit revealed that the quality management system of JSC "International Airport Aktau" is developed, documented, successfully operating and improving in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008.
As a result of the audit, observations and inconsistencies were not found.
Confirmation of quality management system of JSC "International Airport Aktau" is an important step in the implementation of strategic plans to improve the quality of services and international status of the airport.
